Welcome to two day public art seminar 29. – 30.4.2025
On the first day, Tuesday, April 29th from 12:00 – 15:30 at the Ostrobothnian Museum in Vaasa we will discuss public art in urban and rural environments.
On the next day, Wednesday, April 30th from 12:00 – 15:30, at the Alajärvi City Hall we will discuss Lappajärvi’s Percent for Art project.
The seminar is aimed at people within the art sector, artists and those interested in art. In Vaasa, the talks will be in English, Swedish, and Finnish and in Alajärvi, in English and Finnish.

To reduce food waste, we ask that you register no later than April 23. You can register for one or both days.
The seminar is free of charge. The presentations will be published on the museums’ YouTube channels.
The event is organized by Vaasa Museums and Nelimarkka Museum, Ostrobothnia Art Museum.
